Every order we ship is pre-inspected by our white glove furniture delivery providers before being loaded on a delivery truck to your area. A team of uniformed, furniture delivery professionals, trained in the transportation and installation of furniture, will set up your furniture in your home, before removing all of the packaging debris. Most delivery paperwork comes back to us with notes of praise, and 99% of our orders are delivered problem free, the first time.

We're committed to making our customers happy every time, and have always believed that our success depends upon it. If you're not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange, offer store credit, or refund the cost of the item. Please be aware that we cannot refund shipping costs, and if you are purchasing a product with "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
